Profiles

List view

Profiles are displayed in a scrollable list. Each card shows:

• Drag grip (⠿) - reorder manually when sort is set to "Manual"
• Status dot - active (●), shared (⊙), expiring (◐), expired (○)
• Profile name (or label if set)
• Organization name below the name
• Role, account ID, region (in default view mode)
• Tags (in default view mode)
• Auth button or timer - Login/Logout button, or countdown timer when active
• Copy button (⎘) - copies the profile export command (respects shell format)
• Star toggle (⋆/★)
• Hide toggle (👁)

Search

The search bar at the top filters profiles by name, label, org name, account ID, region, role name, tags, and notes. Multiple space-separated tokens act as AND.

Filters

Click Filters ▼ in the toolbar to expand three rows of filter chips. Filters are collapsed by default to keep the toolbar compact.

• Organization chips - filter by SSO organization (single-select, click "All" to reset). Based on the profile's sso_session or sso_start_url.
• Tag chips - filter by tags (multi-select OR logic: any selected tag matches). Each chip shows the tag name (truncated at 20 chars) and profile count. Click "All" to clear tags.
• Status chips - filter by auth state (single-select): All, Active, Shared, Expiring, Expired.

All filters stack with search - all constraints are applied together.

Sort

Sort	Behavior
Manual	Drag-to-reorder. Only usable when no search/filter is active.
Name	Alphabetical by profile name
Account	By account ID
Region	By SSO region
Auth	Expired → Expiring → Authenticated

View modes

Toggle with the segmented control or V key:

• Compact - minimal card height, no tags or subtitle
• Default - shows role/account/region subtitle + tags

Expand a profile

Click a profile name to expand the detail panel inline. See profile metadata.

Context menu

Right-click any profile for quick actions. See context menu.

Multi-select

⌘/Ctrl+click or ⇧+click to select multiple profiles. An action bar appears with batch Star and Hide buttons.
